I love sharing all of my knowledge, tips and tricks, and can’t wait to teach everything I know while baking and decorating together with you!
Currently I offer live, online interactive group and private “CAKE 101” classes, which may run via Zoom or Facebook Live. You will learn everything about how I bake, fill, and stack my cakes, how to make my famous (the best!) stable silky delicious buttercream, how to create variety of ganache drip consistencies, troubleshooting, and I’ll be answering any of your questions along the way! Upcoming: If you are local to the states of Illinois and Wisconsin, or willing to travel, I will be providing in-person cake demo classes twice a month for a more intimate tutorial starting February 2021.
Where do I sign up?
Classes usually sell out very fast, but sometimes there’s a change of plans with an attendee, and a spot opens up. Email me HERE to get my class availability.
How many people do you have in each class?
I like to keep my class’s group at 18 people or less, which gives more of a personal experience to each and every one of you! Private 1-on-1 online classes are also available.
How do I sign up for your cake classes?
Every month I will post on my Instagram page when my classes are scheduled for the following month. The classes fill up within minutes, so make sure to turn on your notifications with my Instagram account. I do have cancellations (rarely), so keep an eye on my InstaStories to see when those randomly pop up.

Starting 02.21 I will be hosting group classes in my own kitchen (this is where all of my magic happens!) or commercial kitchen located in a northwest suburb of Illinois.
