Fat Dispersable Colours - Purple
A fine bright purple powder with a slight odour. This colour formulation is made of encapsulated dye into a rice protein matrix and mixed with a lake.

KOSHER STATUS: This product is Kosher certified.
PARTICLE SIZE: The typical particle size diameter is under 2 microns.
LEGAL STATUS: Meets requirements of the U.S. CFR Title 21, Part 73 (c) (1) which states that the quantity of Titanium Dioxide must not exceed 1% by weight in the food. Meets the requirements of the Canadian Food and Drug Act. Table III indicates that the maximum of usage in Good Manufacturing Practice. Meets all requirements of the EC Regulation (2008/128/EC, E171) and regulation 231/2012.
SOLUBILITY: Titanium dioxide is insoluble.
STORAGE: Food colour should be stored in tightly closed containers protected from light, heat sources and excessive moisture.
SHELF LIFE: Product is best used within six (6) years from date of manufacture when stored under recommended storage conditions.
ALLERGENS: This product is exempt of known allergens and its derivatives, namely peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, shellfish, molluscs, soy, wheat and sulphites.
